“Open culture“ is a concept according to which knowledge should be spread freely and its growth should come from developing, altering or enriching already existing works on the basis of sharing and collaboration without being restricted by rules linked to the legal protection of intellectual property.

Mark Zuckerberg who’s an open culture because he has works from the same kind of desk as everybody else. Actually, he has his own desk that right in the mix.

In addition, Mark Zuckerberg has said that he create the social networking website Facebook which is a tool that help people connect with the people they want and share what they want and by doing this can extending people’s capacity to build and maintain relationships. Then, Facebook was not originally created to be a company but it was built to accomplish a social mission which is to make the world more open and connected. Lastly, “by having an open floor plan where people work close to each other. “ said Mark Zuckerberg.
